Randolph Theriault – butcher, grocer & saviour

After WWII it couldn’t have been an easy go as a German/Francophone.

Nevertheless, my grandfather and grandmother (Mr. & Mrs. Byron Sargent) unfailingly supported this man and his grocery. He, in turn, supported them. He also supported many, many others without acclaim or accolades. In quiet, humbled servitude. I think Jesus would have liked Randolph Theriault. I did.

And, they have the very best breakfast sausages known to humanity. Breakfast sausages and the “boudin”, aka, black/blood puddin’ ….both varieties are beyond heavenly!
